    International Data Transfers

    MuteHint is based in the United States. If you are in the EU/EEA, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. We ensure such transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

    Data Retention

    We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g., billing records for 7 years).

    How to Exercise Your Rights

    To exercise any of your GDPR rights, email us at privacy@mutehint.com with your request. We will respond within 30 days.

    You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe we have not handled your data appropriately.
